An old floor in a warehouse on the Astmoor Industrial estate Runcorn had a badly-flaking coating and various holes and repairs needed.
The main contractor had a tight window from the completion of all internal works to the handover and all flooring works had to be completed, on-time and to a good standard.
The whole area was mechanically ground and all the holes and divots repaired. Two coats of High-build Epoxy Resin were then applied and the end-result was a transformed working environment.
